Everything is a frequency! (What are you tuning into?!)

Hi Reader,

Knowing that everything is a frequency, I'm wondering if you've given much thought to the frequencies that you are tuning into on a regular basis? For example, how do you start the day? Hopefully not by watching the morning news... that can lower your vibe in literally minutes (especially these days - yikes!). But maybe you start your day with a nice cup of coffee or a fresh smoothie, meditation, listening to music, or taking a walk in nature. These types of activities will increase your vibration and set you up for a much better day!

In fact, even the words you choose to think and say all have frequencies that can raise or lower your vibration at any moment. When it comes to songwriting and thinking about lyrics specifically, how often do you listen to inspiring, uplifting music with positive words that make you want to dance around or exercise? Moving your body, means moving energy and creating flow in all areas of your life.

As a result, I’m encouraging you to seek out some high vibe music this week, and let me know if it makes a difference in your day to day! Or you can listen to folk music to help you ground and get centered if you're feeling scattered, classical music like Mozart to soften your heart, or Bach to bring order to your mind. The frequencies in music reach different centers in our body, and it's important to be aware of this to use it to your advantage.

Another way to tap into higher frequencies is to create music. Creating anything (such as cooking food, making art, knitting, or any other creative activity) allows you to access the right brain and release anxiety. This is just one more reason to give songwriting for healing a try! I can’t even tell you how often I lose track of time when I’m engaged in the songwriting process, and I always feel better after writing than when I started.

Simply click on the button below to schedule your free one-on-one 20 minute online songwriting for healing mini-session (while they're still available!), and maybe you'll experience moving into a higher frequency after our call!

To your continued happiness and success,

~Andrea of BLB ✨💜🎶

Weekly Newsletter 3.13.25 Why Co-Writing Works So Well! (Trust me, been there, done that!) Hi Reader, For a long time, I wrote all of my songs on my own. When I first started writing as a teenager, it was difficult for me to share my songs with anyone—except for my guitar teacher, who not only taught me how to write songs but was also my biggest cheerleader. My songs were so personal that sharing them felt like revealing a page from my diary. I had to build up the courage to even play them...
