An Alternative Approach to Traditional Therapies (Isn’t it time to try something new?!)

Hi Reader,

If you’re anything like me you’ve already tried traditional therapies, most often referred to by health care professionals, and yet somehow the issues that you've been dealing with continue to resurface in your life...

Although traditional forms of therapy can help, an alternative approach to therapy, like songwriting for healing, works so well because neuroscience research has discovered that healing occurs when both the left and right hemispheres of the brain work together. This happens naturally when you are engaged in songwriting. A transformative process like this is the only way to master trauma and is exactly why the arts are healing in the first place.

Additionally, the act of singing alone prompts endorphins (the feel good chemicals in our brain) to be released, which relaxes you and reduces anxiety by calming the autonomic nervous system. It’s scientifically known that 70% of our physical ailments are caused by trapped emotions, and that’s yet another huge reason why we need to find a way to express them.

So what are you waiting for?! I’m ready to be your guide on this musical journey of self-expression and healing. Click on the button below, and let’s get started today!

To your continued happiness and success,

~Andrea of BLB ✨💜🎶

Weekly Newsletter 3.13.25 Why Co-Writing Works So Well! (Trust me, been there, done that!) Hi Reader, For a long time, I wrote all of my songs on my own. When I first started writing as a teenager, it was difficult for me to share my songs with anyone—except for my guitar teacher, who not only taught me how to write songs but was also my biggest cheerleader. My songs were so personal that sharing them felt like revealing a page from my diary. I had to build up the courage to even play them...
